New Year, New Fitness Trends..
24 HOURS AGO by STYLE INSPIRATION TEAM
Are you genuinely interested in making a fresh and healthy start this year? We know it can be difficult to stick to your resolutions especially when it’ s cold and miserable outside, but one of the most key things to bring you happiness (annoyingly) is exercise. So we have put together a quick list of new fitness trends that will not only keep you on the move but are fun too.
Boom Cycle
Boom Cycle is a high energy, bike based, indoor cycle class. Similar to spinning, Boom Cycle is intense but you have the sounds of the music to keep you going, hence the word ‘Boom’ in the title. We would recommend going with the knowledge that the class will not be easy, just remember to cycle to the beat of the music.

Dance Buzz
Learn to dance. Don’t worry if you have 2 left feet, dancing is super fun anyway and there is also many different dance options available you can take your pick! Whether you fancy learning Beyonce’s Single Ladies dance routine or want to try your hand at jazz, anything goes. You’ll not only have a great time, you’ll get to burn some calories too!

House of Voga
What is Voga we hear you ask?! Voga is a combination of yoga and vogueing. Ok, so here’s some more information…. Voga is a great way to incorporate a bit of fun to your normal yoga workout and it consists of normal yoga mixed in with Madonna’s vogue poses. We actually cannot wait to try this, plus it doesn’t even matter if you’re a beginner!
